Returns & Exchange

All warranties are honoured and all goods found to be faulty within the manufacturers warranties may be returned for full refund or exchange/credit.
Freight charges are then the responsibility of the customer. Notification of the need to return goods must be supplied to Aquarium Gallery by email before returning goods.

Returned Goods
All goods returned for any reason other than faults must be in as-new-condition. An exchange/credit for the full amount of the goods will be issued. All freight charges incured are then the responsibility of the purchaser and a 5 percent re-stocking fee will be charged. Notification of the need to return goods must be made to Aquarium Gallery before goods are returned.

Damaged Goods
Goods damaged in transport must be returned to AAW for inspection and will be replaced or an exchange supplied. Freight charges are then the responsibility of the customer. Notification of the need to return goods must be made to Aquarium gallery before goods are returned.
 
Live Stock is guaranteed live arrival to most major centres, please use a delivery address where someone is available to take parcel when livestock is included, work address, neighbour, friend etc. Live Stock is shipped with an overnight service to most major centres in Australia this is a door to door service.

Livestock claims require notification via email within 12 hours of arrival with a photo attached.
