Requires strong light. It can be slow growing but carbon dioxide and fertilisation speeds things up
This plant can be kept in all tanks due to its small size. It will grow well in soft to moderately hard water with a slightly alkaline pH between 6.5 and 7.5. Water temperature should be between 22-28 degrees C, so it can be planted in a wide range of habitats.
