With their bright red snouts, rummynose tetras are a vibrant schooling fish for freshwater aquariums. They prefer longer tanks to swim in and make for a stunning display when they do so. They're best kept in groups of at least 8. They're active and peaceful but require very good water quality to maintain their bright colouring.
